液壓控制 清腔方便
配備液壓(ya)油站,保證機(ji)(ji)(ji)器潤(run)滑系統為機(ji)(ji)(ji)器需潤(run)滑部件供油,為機(ji)(ji)(ji)器安全作業提供保障。同(tong)時,如果破(po)碎機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)負荷狀(zhuang)態下停機(ji)(ji)(ji),液壓(ya)清(qing)腔系統可迅(xun)速清(qing)理(li)破(po)碎腔,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減少(shao)了停機(ji)(ji)(ji)時間。
楔塊裝置 調節快捷
采用楔塊排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)調節系統(tong),是機器即使在空轉情況下也(ye)可以再幾分鐘之內(nei)把排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)挑到(dao)預定值(zhi),在液壓系統(tong)配合下,實現自動化,比老(lao)式的墊片式排(pai)料(liao)口(kou)調節系統(tong)更簡(jian)單、安全、快捷。
工作原理
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶(dai)和皮帶(dai)輪(lun),通過(guo)偏(pian)心軸使動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)前后上(shang)下(xia)(xia)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板向(xiang)定鄂(e)板運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,物(wu)料被壓(ya)(ya) 碎或(huo)劈碎。當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)和動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)板在偏(pian)心軸、彈(dan)簧的作用下(xia)(xia)后退時,先前已(yi)被壓(ya)(ya)碎或(huo)劈碎的物(wu)料從鄂(e)板的下(xia)(xia)部排料口排出。隨著電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機連續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)破碎機動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)作周期性地壓(ya)(ya) 碎和排泄物(wu)料,實現批(pi)量生產。
